4. We had a room facing the pool on the sixth floor and I guess that it would be quite enjoyable if it was sunny, we did not have much luck with the weather so it was a bit annoying as there was people (staff) around the terrace all the time.

6. The room we were assigned was literally right next to the elevator banks and we had to listen to the elevator going up and down the shaft all night--incredibly annoying.

8. tiny room, great view, great location, amiable staff, annoying how when you call room service you have to leave a message and they call you back when they can get to yousticklers for details (although I had made my reservation with my amex card i forgot to bring it and they wouldn`t use it to charge the room - makes tracking business expenses a little more difficult on this trip)while I paid a certain supposedly `seminar rate` I saw an internet rate $40 less than the `seminar rate` but they wouldn`t let me use it.
