1. I would complain about the noise and the amount of sirens you hear constantly day and night but I don't think there is anywhere in San Francisco that doesn't have that.

3. We did not complain because we were tired and also if they did not fix the problems for 10hours there is no way they will fix it after 8pm when we are already in the room.

8. Even though they were busy they were polite, funny and professional and we asked for 2 beds but were offered a rollaway it wasn't what we wanted and it was a small bed, but we aren't complaining.
