1. Perhaps we got off to a bad start as despite being a member of their loyalty program and entitled to a room upgrade and my only request being for a quiet room we were put in a room on a low floor on the busy street side - we had a terrible night with the noise - it was almost as if the window was open.

10. breakfast buffet was ok , around $20 each but who can eat $20 worth of food in the morning , taxi fare to the hotel from the airport is around $40 so that wasnt too bad for 3 ppl , really enjoyed our stay here , just beware as there alot of homeless ppl around early in the morning in the ajoining streets.
