1. When we arrived, we were told by the front desk that they could not accommodate a rollaway in that type of room as it was too small (which has views of the bay and Alcatraz) and had to settle for a room on the 16th floor (with no views of bay or Alcatraz) and 2 double beds.

2. The check in process was averageThe rooms are too small and not updated When we were going to our room we found this particular spot in front of our Hotel, it was like a closet or something like that in front of our room.

3. my room was dirty, way too small ( we got a king bed), noisy ( I'm not sure, but I think it was on a 5th floor, room #1125).
