1. We did get a ride in the courtesy car when we asked about a taxi, which was good since we had the wrong address and the driver was able to find where we needed to be.

7. I learned a long time ago that people and customer service are never perfect, but when things go wrong, how does the service provider recover from the mis-hap? That everyone, is a true sign of a good General Manager, Department Manager, and training.

8. Actually I showed my Canadian credit card by mistake and they swiped it but I asked them to cancel the swiping it because it is a Canadian dollar credit card I will never use it for this trip and I gave you wrong card.

9. But I wouldn't mind it because I still could cancel the reservation and get away from all these uncomfortable things but I don't know what to say about the wrong charge of $530.
