1. The next day we decided we would have to change rooms as the smell was still bad and we were there for another 4 nights still.

2. When we were in San Fran it was freezing we stayed at the w not bad but I stayed in the biggest room it was not that nice very small but quaint but their French toast and hot chocolate is amazing.

6. Which is too bad because I think the service was great, they moved our room no problem - the renovations on the lobby (I went back later) are really significant - and make the lobby look amazing.

7. This hotel in SF was not the greatest location, not bad, but not as great as others; however, I do keep in mind that real estate is at a high premium in SF (but the NY locations are great).
