2. Overall, a very nice W with the usual selection of Bliss toiletries (a huge plus in my opinion) -- but the gym is TERRIBLE so if this factors into your vacation or business plan at all, I would stay elsewhere.

5. For example, no doorman when I arrived, no one to help with my bags, the front desk did not have my confirmed reservation correct (wrong room type), and terrible front desk clerk - who was dismissive and rude.
