3. - Very polite, courteous staff, The NOT-SO-GREAT- Pool/Jacuzzi was pretty dirty, didn't feel like going there after the first trip there- Acura car service had too many restrictions in terms of hours of operation, waiting time and places it could take you (not even to a local train station) but oh well, it was not everything, don't pin your hopes on that service)- Location was nice but I would have chosen something closer to Union square seeing where this hotel is located.

4. I know hotel rooms are dirty from use, but it makes me feel better if I can't SEE any actual stains, even if they're there.

5. They have shag rugs in the bedrooms that just look dirty and unkempt atall times and I did not care for the room furnishings at all.
