6. Besides these problems, some of the hotel staff play the smart problem solving attitude, others just prefer the governement employee approach that shows poor service.

8. Only problem of the stay was that I had to wait for more than 40 minutes waiting for my suitcase to come back from the baggage check.

Only problem I had at this hotel was when I left my bags for storage in the afternoon one was not returned to my room and upon asking the reception staff about it they were a little unhelpful 'where is this bag supposed to be?' which I found disappointing, that said my bag was returned to me much to my relief.

10. Previous reviewers noted that the key-card elevator was complicated, but we didn't find this to be a problem (at least worth mentioning).
