1. I was concerned that the hotel was so trendy and had such a 'happening lobby' that it would result in a poor nights sleep--I had no issues with noise.

2. In general poor service, all style and no substance - just call the Whatever/Whenever service for a demonstration of that.

3. We stayed in a 'Fantastic Suite' which was very nice with great views, the only downside was poor water pressure so the shower is really only a trickle.

4. Besides these problems, some of the hotel staff play the smart problem solving attitude, others just prefer the governement employee approach that shows poor service.

8. The lighting was poor, the room arrangement was unpleasant and we just did not find this hotel at all up to the normal standards of a W.

9. The only let down with the experience was the cleanliness of the bathroom which was poor to say the least and didn't improve through the stay either but everything else about the room was great.
