1. We were all very excited to stay next to the wonderful museum of modern art and were rather disappointed as we got there: the entrance was a side corridor, noisy, disorganized with people behind desks who did not look trendy but shabby and about as unhelpful as they come.

2. Only problem I had at this hotel was when I left my bags for storage in the afternoon one was not returned to my room and upon asking the reception staff about it they were a little unhelpful 'where is this bag supposed to be?' which I found disappointing, that said my bag was returned to me much to my relief.
