1. Kora (not sure if that spelling is correct) at concierge was another employee that was very helpful and no question or request was too hard for her.

2. On the flipside, W turns into a party hotel at night which, although energising, is quite hard to get away from if you just require a quiet evening by the bar.

3. The rooms, unlike other W's I've visited in the past, are actually spacious and has great natural light (something most W's actually miss), so you can enjoy the 'Work hard' part in the hotel room (if needed) before the 'Play hard' part in the lobby/lounge.
