6. sadly, the number of homeless persons in San Francisco, including immediately outside this hotel is something that has to be acknowledged when considering walking around alone.

9. Also, if these hotels aim to draw those at conventions and business meetings, why doesn't the room rate include free wi-fi? sadly the Westin St Francis is not a place I would return to or stay if I were in San Francisco on vacation.
