1. The one downside of this hotel, from a location standpoint, is that despite the great shopping in the area, I was not so impressed with the choice of restaurants.

5. downside: parking was $50 plus $7 city tax and there was plenty of bathroom visits by neighboring rooms that woke me throughout the night.

9. The newer Tower rooms are comfortable and clean but the big downside was noise from the lifts (elevators in US parlance), even though we were three rooms from the lift shafts.
