3. Some negatives are that the gym typically costs $12/day or $30/stay if it isn't already included in your rate (mine was), and coworkers told me at 6am the gym was so crowded they had to leave.

(She gave us 1 day, complimentary buffet breakfast--we were staying there for 3 nights)Lastly, and defineately the most NEGATIVE was that fact that WiFi in your room was ADDITIONAL ($14/ day)--or you could sit in the lobby to get it free (which was not even suggested to me when I called the front desk from my room to get the code and was told it was $14).

10. Dont know how the landmark building rooms are but know its smaller/older), so if you want the modern Westin rooms book early for the modern tower, most of these negative reviews mayve stem from those who stayed in a room they werent expecting to be as older/smaller.
