Well, then, after making great effort to market their 'fresh air' no smoking status, we were treated to wafting marijuana smoke for the first three days of our stay, and after complaining twice, a hotel security person attended our room and said he could't smell anything - which was complete garbage.

7. Since we have stayed at other Westin hotels and never experienced anything worth complaining about we decided to stay anyway.

10. I had contacted guest services and nobody showed up the first day, the 2nd day I complained again and someone did 'tighten' the fixtures, but the rod was still hanging off the wall.
