4. When we asked for a package that our friends left for us at the front desk, the receptionists and conceirge were making such an effort to convince me that the package is not in the hotel that it took me really hard time to urge them to look for more attentively.

7. One final complaint was the noise, we were quite high up but could hear a lot of the noise from Union Square, however we knew where we were staying when we booked the hotel and that it was a busy area, so this is hardly the hotels fault.
