While you are situated next to Saks, Tiffany's, and many high end establishments - it appears that unless someone is shooting you, it's completely acceptable to have people yell and scream at you calling you a dirty Jew (I'm not Jewish btw) or yelling horrible profanity at a woman (different incident) because she refuses to hand over money to a pan-handler.
