3. The only issue I had with the hotel was the service; I called the front desk three times on two separate mornings, nobody answered.

7. From the front desk clerk who checked me in, to the waitress at breakfast, to the hotel operator they were unapologetic and unhelpful at any point there was in issue.

8. There are some wonderful aspects to this hotel still, but as many of the other reviewers have pointed out, there are also many issues with their quality control and desk staff.
