5. I did not found anything wrong, quite the contrary: ubication is perfect, touching Union Square, the place that can be considered the middle of the downtown; it is full of restaurants and there are plenty of shops nearby, such as Apple Store, Macy's, Oakley, and so on.

7. First night the room on lower floor was very noisy (they did get the insulation wrong) so we had to move at 3am to a higher floor which had no problems with noise (rubbish men lingered below our window for more than an hour).
