1. Without her, the experience would have been really bad (for example, during my entire two-day stay, not a sinlge time one of the people at the door or any other staff would great me or, more even, open the door or something like they do at many other properties of this class)- like this, I would say it was mediocre.

There was no sundries store (you had to walk to a nearby Walgreens), the mini-bar was one of those that charges you instantly if you remove something, so if you want to read a bottle of vitamin water, you get charged, the TV was mediocre, the phone didn't work, and there was no wired Internet connection.
