1. I don't have much time to write everything in much detail, so I would rather list in bullet points:- The rooms are newly renovated and very nice and contemporary- The lobby is small and the public space and restaurant on 36th floor are still old and dated- We used our Diamond upgrade for a suite, upon check in and arrival to our room, got an 'accessible roll in shower' room - not what we wanted.

5. Tube TV, dated curtains, worn dressers/doors, straight shower curtain bar, and worn carpeting were some of the items needing an update.

6. They also charged me for an extra night because again there was a computer 'Glitch' and they did not receive my check in change date that I did have a confirmation for.

7. My original reservation rate at my conference rate was not 'captured' by the hotel computer, they called it a computer glitch but they did have my check in and out dates.

8. Staff made it feel like a 4-5 Star hotel, but the room was maybe a 2 Star, bar was okay and fitness gym was up to date.

10. Although the furniture in room 2109 was a tad dated and had worn areas, we found no real complaints except the pricey valet parking rate.
