3. Right went I arrived, there were about 5 huge Latin families with their badly behaved screaming kids all over which was a nightmare but unfortunately, my check in lady also was not very friendly, disengaged and rather quick to get you out and done with.

4. Still had a strange 'refurbed rather than new' feel to it, maybe that's because it's such an eyesore from the outside which is a trait it shares with most Downtown Hotels in San Francisco, unfortunately.
