1. To the hotel's credit my husband spoke with a member of staff who showed him a number of different rooms and allocated us a Bay view room for our 2nd and 3rd nights, with a complementary bottle of wine for the inconvenience, but the room was still the same small size.

5. The tap delivered only hot water, however, which was a little inconvenient when brushing one's teeth, etc, and the water in the toilet was also hot (condensation on the backside, if you know what I mean).
