1. When you call on the phone them many times they just hang up :( The aircon is very loud, and you can smell cigaret smoke many times :(Otherwise, it is an OK hotel.

2. The only thing I didnt like in the hotel room was the smell of the hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but i had some of my own, so if you are particular, bring your own supplies.

7. The bath products (maybe standard at hyatt in the US? Not in Asia/Australia) smelled disgusting, like artificial melon bubble gum.
