1. - massive sink (i mean 3x the size of a standard bathroom)- glass table top in the bathroom (perfect for placing your hot hair tools without wrecking the counters)-4+ elevators (the wait was never long)Room Cons:- lack of drawer space in the closet (3 tiny tiny drawers)- not enough places to put your towels, there were a couple of hooks for your bath towels but no where to put your face/hand towelsBreakfast was held daily in their restaurant on the 36th floor.

4. I knew it was a chain and wouldn't have 'local flavor', but also knew it would have good size rooms and we'd avoid the 'boutique but tiny' conditions at some others.

6. This is a four star hotel thats' standard rooms are tiny, beds are small and not all that comfortable and the front desk doesn't make you feel all that welcome.

7. Francis (my daughter was fascinated by their outside elevators), the Sir Francis Drake Hotel and Starlight Room and the tiny peek of Union Square.

10. However the room was well appointed, and besides the tiny black and white TV in the bathroom, the room was fine.
