1. The hotel appears to be well insulated so there were no noise problems.

8. Upon arrival, Alex at the front desk made sure that I knew that the room I booked (Bay View--totally worth it) was a particularly great view, but that it was next to the ice machine in case I thought this would be a problem.

9. I took the room and the proximity of the ice machine didn't cause any problems, but I so appreciated that I was alerted to this so that I had the option of another room.

10. The tubs were stopped up and within minutes of shower - we had 3 inches of water accumlated- It took 3 trips from maintenance to fix the problem- The next day - the ondemand movie system didn't work- The internet was intermittent and slow- We went to run at 7am up in the gym, surprised to find only 3 treadmills.
