2. Initially, I was put in one of the worst room in the layout, with fire-escape eating up the room space, a wall for a view and right where the cleaning/maid station is.

3. Not that it's a bad hotel, it's got a great location, but their supposedly 'green' mattress is the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in - it was so soft that it gives me the worst backache after 2 nights.

4. But the WORST part of this hotel is the horribly thin wall construction: if you want noise from kids, TVs, sex and family fights just like they are in YOUR room, then go for it.

5. We booked about 2 1/2 months in advance through Expedia and we got the smallest room at possibly the worst location and we didn't pay any less than others.
