2. We did encounter a few problems with viewing pay per view movies and playing the free DVDs available, but my son was won over by the free treat that came along with the service, and they did try to remedy the problem.

5. taxes on valet are high but that's not there problem add almost 6 bucks to 40 dollar parking.

6. I had problems getting wi-fi connectivity, but seems it was linked to my lappy and not with their wi-fi provider, so I had to continually use the business centre to check emails and such.

7. Then we had problems with the safe, maintenance guy was called up and he wasted over 30 mins trying to sort the safe out, despite us saying that we had decided not to use it (selective hearing obviously or just plain stupid).

8. Our problem was the length of time it took to get our car when we wanted to use it.

9. I did not have any of the problems as some of the other reviewers, but even with things running smoothly they give an air of not wanting to be bothered.

10. You may not have this problem but I could noy use my AT@T iPhone in the hotel -- needed to stand outside.
