1. We were really worried by some of the reviews of other hotels (too noisy, poor location, bad smells, poor service, etc.

Bad points (from really bad to annoyance): TERRIBLE wifi (extremely slow, hard to connect to, disconnects very quickly) - worse aspect of the hotel;check out took more than 10 minutes; poor water pressure in the shower (probably because of LEED certification)very small closet; very small and cramped lobby (if there are more than 3 or 4 people checking in or out, the hallway to the elevators will be blocked); 'fitness center' is a joke (two of the three machines were out of service); shower curtain rod was falling down.

3. how can you be out of eggs??? The quality of the meal and the coffee was very poor compared to our previous meal at the Cafe de la Presse across the street.

8. by the way the customer service is very poor they pass you from ther other hotel up the street the orchard garden and then back to ther orchard garden hotel.
