1. We were really worried by some of the reviews of other hotels (too noisy, poor location, bad smells, poor service, etc.

3. bad points (from really bad to annoyance): TERRIBLE wifi (extremely slow, hard to connect to, disconnects very quickly) - worse aspect of the hotel;check out took more than 10 minutes; poor water pressure in the shower (probably because of LEED certification)very small closet; very small and cramped lobby (if there are more than 3 or 4 people checking in or out, the hallway to the elevators will be blocked); 'fitness center' is a joke (two of the three machines were out of service); shower curtain rod was falling down.

5. Not that it's a bad hotel, it's got a great location, but their supposedly 'green' mattress is the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in - it was so soft that it gives me the worst backache after 2 nights.

7. Haven't got a bad word to say about it (with the possible minor exception that the fitness centre is very small, but for the rate we paid we were please to HAVE a fitness centre.

9. We were right beside the housekeeping room (anyone accessing the housekeeping room could be heard) and we had no view with little natural light but even still, it wasn't too bad at all - we didn't spend that much time in the room.
