which was a HUGE mistakeroom was ridiculously
tiny
, and on the 2nd floor facing a car dealership on 11th avenue AND directly over the entrance (so we enjoyed street noise AND the comings/goings of the hotel)we had the pleasure of this room on 11th avenue for over $300/night .

The room was clean and stylish, but our view was of a warehouse roof, the breakfast that was included was nothing more than a shotglass of juice, a
tiny
cup of tinned fruit and some cold toast with butter and jam.

The room we were in had no view other than a
tiny
strip looking out to the Hudson river but you had to strain to see it.

Tried the Plaza Athenee and the Muse, another Kimpton hotel but the latter was not even half as good as the Ink38 and the former has a great name and location but rooms are extremely
tiny
, though staff is making up for it, almost.
