1. We had one issue with a broken minibar refrigerator and while this took some effort to be resolved, they did finally bring a mini refrigerator to the room.

5. One thing I found strange was the mini bar, wasn't refrigerated? I'm not sure if this is just a draft phase thing, I thought it was broken but when I informed reception they said it's not a fridge it's an 'honour bar', don't know about you but I like to drink my drinks cold? and for a four star hotel you would expect more.

6. Of course we had some small kinks here and there (one of the rooms had a broken lock, but it was fixed within the hour) but all in all everything else was really top notch.

7. the bathroom was huge with a walk in shower and a separate huge deep soaking tub that was a little dirty and had a broken drain plug.

8. only the nano would dock, bathtub was dirty and the drain was broken, one robe instead of two, a huge bathroom, but the toilet should be enclosed for privacy and out of the way location.
