4. The only possible downside is its far-west location, but it's still a reasonable walk to Times Square, and there is an abundance of restaurants close by.

5. The other downside is that food and drinks are expensive ($15+ for a cocktail in the rooftop bar), but you'd expect that in any NY hotel of this calibre.

6. Is there a downside to this place? Well, its location is a little out of the way: on 11th Avenue at 48th St.

7. The only downside is it's way on the West side (11th St) - I didn't realise that the E/W blocks were so long, but it took me at least 10 minutes to walk to the subway on 9th, and I walk fast.

8. :) The only downside was that some staff came across a bit rude and thus unprofessional on some occasions and applying slightly odd policies (delivered in a slightly arrogant way as well) for a self- declared high-standard hotel like putting 30 dollars on hold on ur credit card for borrowing an umbrella from the hotel that should have been in our room from the start anyway (as if we'd steal them).
