2. If I had to provide a couple of small negatives (and they are really small), everyday we'd be getting static electric shocks off the buttons that call the lift (elevator).

3. I understand why they do it but this was not explained when we first booked the hotel, the hotel was all payed for so was a shock when they asked me for a card to take $400.

4. When making the booking I obviously said it was for my birthday and when we got to the room we were greeted to a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and some cakes, very unexpected and just what we needed after a shocking drive in from the airport.

5. The only down side with the rooms/hotel were the corridors which we found were just too dark and the lifts which we both kept getting shocks from.
