My only minor complaints were that there was no turn down service--so late night we were struggling to pull the shades over those gorgeous huge windows, and the next day housekeeping woke us up at 9 AM after our late night of partying to clean the room, and proceeded to come back twice to see if we were out yet, despite it being our check out day.

3. We ate at the restaurant, drank at the bar and enjoyed the free happy hour and I can't think of one complaint.

6. I guess the only complaint would be the location, its a little bit of a cab ride to certain popular parts of the city, however it is close to Penn Station, so that's a plus.
