1. The only problem we had at the hotel was our toilet stopped up, but they came and fixed it almost instantaneously.

2. The room's window was a little dirty, unfortunately, but you can solve that problem by heading up to the amazing rooftop bar/lounge (opens at 5pm and stays open well after the shows let out), which is indoor/outdoor with stunning views of the Central Manhattan skyline and the East River.

4. The main problem we found with the hotel was the staffs attitude, particularly the doormen - who I overheard saying to his colleague on a rainy day 'no don't help them, they don't tip'.

9. Every visit to the hotel-with staff like Nandi Barker, Jay Blake, Jeffery Behrens and Big Jose- is a pleasure because they are attentive, trustworthy, problem-solving, and accommodating.

10. The spa is independent of the hotel and when we had a problem with a reservation for a service, Jeffrey immediately resolved it to our satisfaction and with kind words.
