3. We had to wait quite awhile for the slow elevators since the 'Plant Show' was on and many exhibitors/guests filled the two slow elevators with their plants.

4. There is only 3 small ones which seem to be slow moving and this can lead to a bit of waiting around during busy times but apart from that I'd highly recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Chicago.
