1. I did not bring the hot water problem to the attention of the staff, but did let them know about the air conditioner.

7. Our hotel room had two queen beds and the bathroom was pretty small, but the four of us (yes, four of us) managed to get ready every day and night without any problems.

10. they do not have a restaurant but it is not a problem as there are so many in Chicago (although so many we could never decide :)).
