3. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable, very friendly desk staff, good location near Red Line, extra chairs in the room, actuall bottles of shampoo (hate those little packets that you can't open once your hands are wet).

9. I also HATE it when the 'mattress pad' is a single piece of thicker cotton that is not attached to the bed in any way.
