1. The elevators probably was the most annoying thing overall ~ long waits for the inadequate elevators and space available, particulary when ppl were checking in/out with luggage.

2. There's free wifi but only in the lobby which is kinda annoying as it made out it was in the room when we booked online, however the lobby is nice with loads of comfy chairs and couches for you to sit.

4. There are two small elevators so they fill up quickly and often one has to wait, but our wait was never so long that it was annoying.

5. I was slightly annoyed that the fitted bedsheets the housekeeping staff used didn't quite seem to fit the bed, but I didn't find any of the staff to be 'rude' as some other reviewers have.

6. Only slight problem was that the wifi in lobby is free but you have to pay for it in rooms which was a bit annoying.
