2. Some rooms near the elevators or ice machine, maybe noisy as in all hotels; and higher floors might drown out street noise (honks/sirens), but I had no problem sleeping.

4. We didn't experience any instances of noise from anywhere around our room (on the 10th floor), and found the elevators to be perfectly fine - albeit small-door'd.

5. The biggest issues that I experienced were no hot water in the bathroom sink (the shower water was just fine) and an air conditioner that started making loud noises in the middle of the night.

7. Probably my biggest issue was noise - even being up on the 25th floor and even though the windows are double-paned, the windows don't seal very well and the structure of the hotel and the surrounding buildings seems to reflect noise up from street level, fire and police sirens in particular.
