3. The pictures we saw at the website did not have much to do with the real thing, the room needed some repairs and the covers from our bad were stained (I even saw a blood spot the following day, disgusting.

4. The beds were very uncomfortable and the duvet cover was only enclosed by two flat sheets, which was disgusting because I doubt they wash the duvet covers very often.
