1. We had an issue right at check-in as we were both provided keys to rooms that were already occupied - luckily the occupants were not in the room at the time.

2. The biggest issue is the walls are too thin, we could hear our neighbors having loud conversation constantly (luckily they only arrived our last nights stay) and the service employees are quite loud in the morning (we came from the west coast so we needed to sleep in).

3. Unless you're planning on spending a lot of time in your room, why pay more? We did not experience any of the issues reported in some of the negative reviews.

6. This hotel is located off the Mag Mile and is a great spot to base yourself for the whole city, but I had a few issues with the hotel.

7. My one big issue was that the peep hole on door is on the side rather the middle so makes me a little nervous about opening the door.
