3. It is NOT a 3 star hotel, more of a 2 star -Extremely rude front desk staff, both over the phone & in person; dirty room, old medication capsules on the carpet; filthy ironing stand;sheets feel like they are made out of plastic- they will NOT give you a room 30 seconds before 3pm - even though its a stone throw distance from the magnificent mile- there are plenty of other hotels to choose from, and we will never be staying at this 'hotel' again.
