2. Some rooms near the elevators or ice machine, maybe noisy as in all hotels; and higher floors might drown out street noise (honks/sirens), but I had no problem sleeping.

5. com if we were paying full price we would not be happy, the best thing about this hotel is the location, the rooms are shabby, the a/c is noisy and not very efficient I know that there was a heat wave when we were there but is that not the idea of a/c.
