1. Not that Hotel 71 is terrible, they just don't measure up to some of the other hotels we have stayed at such as the Westin and our new favorite, Hotel Monaco.

3. It was very difficult to get connected and I ended up getting a TERRIBLE virus because they don't use a secure private network.

4. Didn't have to wait terribly long for elevators because there are 2 for bottom floors & 2 for upper floors.

6. The staff was less than cordial (including the manager), the amenities were poor (not even a microwave or refrigerator), the elevators were broken, the staff even said "we do have terrible service.

9. While touted as a quant and unique hotel, it certainly is unique in it`s shabby interior and certainly not quant, unless you like a run down environment and terrible service.
