5. Room was very dirty: dust on night stands, finger marks on the desk, stained carpet, the chair had white stains, the bedskirt was so dirty that I could not believe what I was seeing.

8. Broken and yellowed lamp shades, dirty lime deposits around the faucets, soiled/stained grout in bathroom and bathroom closet (weird layout), old blue tub had been painted and paint was chipped around the drain - dirty grout in tub.

9. Booked the larger room so that my teen son could sleep on pullout - worst pullout I've seen in a long time - horrible mattress w area under couch (visable when you pull out the couch) dirty - beer caps, peanuts, etc.
