1. the rooms are spacious, clean and have luxurious sheets that makes it difficult to get out of bed ; )all questions we had regarding the sites were graciously answered by the front desk and to top it off .

5. By Friday, the Hotel was at capacity and it was getting difficult to catch an elevator without waiting 10-15 minutes.

7. The mirrored doors on the closet in the room were off the tracks when we arrived--the doorman called maintenance right away to fix them, but they were difficult to use.

10. The tub was difficult to drain, and what initially appeared top be dirt on the bathroom floor was in fact grout that was not cleaned up after the tile installation.
