4. Booked the larger room so that my teen son could sleep on pullout - worst pullout I've seen in a long time - horrible mattress w area under couch (visable when you pull out the couch) dirty - beer caps, peanuts, etc.

6. channels were horrible upgrade to satellite or a more advanced cable system.

7. Then we had to wait for the front desk to 'figure' out how their schedules were going to work and who was going to check in who prior to checking in - again horrible service.
